Set in the year 2215 where humanity is governed under one system; Sole Union. Ever since the establishment of Sole Union humanity has had a time of peace. Earth is the capital, maintaining balance among the planets, and keeping order. Every planet has its job and every leader answers to those on Earth. It's a perfect balance.

But when some try to disrupt that balance action has to be taken to insure the system doesn't collapse. While trying to maintain the image of peace, they have to resort to other means to get what they what even if it ruins a handful of lives.

Korra, the daughter of a respected senator realizes that a little too late when she is chosen to join a classified program in order to help maintain the balance of peace. She and her friend's lives are stolen and she is used as a pawn in a system she never wanted to be in.
